Allison Blair

Hi! I'm Allison (but everyone calls me Alli) and I'm a Melbourne-based performer. A dancer at heart, I've been performing on stage since I was six and have always felt at home in the studio. I trained for 15 years in classical ballet (RAD), jazz and tap, alongside a passion for musical theatre and school productions, including Peter Pan Jr., Crazy For You and The 39 Steps. In 2025, I was involved in NOVA Music Theatre's production of The Music Man, where I had the incredible opportunity to perform in the ensemble and dance team. Alongside my performance experience, I graduated high school with a Certificate II and partial Certificate III accreditation in Dance with Ausdance through my VCE/VET studies. My studies specialised in tap and jazz, while also allowing me to engage with new dance styles, experiment with different forms of dance media and learn from industry professionals. I was also a dance teacher for 2 years, working with students ages 15-18 in jazz and tap classes. Getting to share my passion for dance and growing the skills of my students was one of my favourite professional experiences to date. Whether in the studio, on the stage, in class or even at home, I am always excited for the next opportunity to learn, create and perform. I'm sure my neighbours are excited for the next opportunity too - so long as it means they don't have to hear my noisy tapping on a Sunday morning!
