About
Bradley J Oakman (he/she/they) is a “fiery” genderfluid Naarm-based artist, who completed a Bachelor of Musical Theatre degree in 2023 at Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University. She trained with Stage School Australia’s Young Australian Broadway Chorus (YABC) for almost a decade, touring with them in 2012-2013 in a production of Seussical the Musical (TYA). Since graduating from the con, Bradley was featured in The Australian Ballet’s ‘Swan Lake’, became a featured solo artist for Eleanore Entertainment Australia, and performed at Be You Group’s industry benefit concert, ‘Broadway Unplugged’. Prior to this, she was the recipient of a Tasmanian Theatre Award for Outstanding Youth Achievement and was a featured soloist for the Queensland Symphony Orchestra’s 2022 ‘Musical Theatre Gala’, conducted by Guy Noble. They have been working for Stage School for over 5 years now and are so proud of all the work that Stage School continues to do to inspire the new and next generation of performers.
