About

Caitlin is an intelligent and bold performer with a love for the creative arts, whether performing or visual. As a passionate theatre maker, she was lucky enough to participate in Bloomshed's writing workshops this year and work with Amelia Pawsey as an artistic liaison in her show "Love Letter to Heephah," which debuted at the Melbourne International Comedy Festival. Throughout last year, she is grateful to have been involved with a number of projects, including performing as Laura in The Glass Menagerie with Running With Scissors Theatre and being selected as a finalist in the Rob Guest Endowment Workshops. She is a founder of The Wanderers Theatre, having performed as Puck in their debut production of A Midsummer Night's Dream and as Susan in Vinegar Tom, whilst also costume designing and artistically directing both productions. She is a 2024 graduate of Federation University’s Bachelor of Performing Arts, where she appeared in Cymbeline: a Romance (Arviragus), The Spirit Level (Matron 2), A Girls Guide to World War (Mrs Harley) and devised songs in After Joan. In 2022, she was a Resident Artist with Be You’s Broadway Unplugged and her passion for Australian work drives her to develop her own writing in her spare time.
