Courtney Allerton

I’m a 24-year-old Australian dancer (she/her) who identifies as bisexual, non-religious, and am proudly English-speaking. Growing up, I was always seen as a little different, I gravitated toward dying my hair fun and vibrant colours, and a punk/rock aesthetic that challenged expectations. That spirit of individuality continues to shape me as an artist. I’m passionate about pushing boundaries and expanding my creative range, having trained and performed across multiple disciplines including lyra, aerial harness, fire twirling, and stilt walking. I’m always eager to step outside my comfort zone and keep evolving as a performer. With a strong foundation in ballet (Cecchetti Advanced 1 Certification), jazz, and tap, I’ve developed into a versatile and expressive dancer. I also bring a rock-influenced vocal quality to my singing and play drums, guitar, and ukulele, which deepens my musicality and stage presence. It has been a dream of mine to audition for the Moulin Rouge, as its bold theatricality, sensuality, and celebration of individuality deeply resonates with both my artistic style and personal identity.
