Daniel Macey

I am a fully trained and working opera singer with a lot of stage experience. I was a baritone, but have recently made the transition to tenor, and am now able to crossover easily between classical singing into music theatre tenor repertoire. I also recently started taking an interest in acting for screen, having attended a 6 week course with Claire van der Boom on Film and TV acting, which included script analysis, working with a camera, taking screen direction etc. I found it to be eye opening, and made me realise I do indeed have a knack for it. As a masc presenting queer person, I find I am able to traverse the space between the qualities attributed to both masculine and feminine archetypes. I'm very open, approachable, and am not scared of being vulnerable.
