About

Emily Skipper is an Australian actor currently performing across stage productions in both Australia and the United States. Most recently, she appeared in Chicago and Anastasia with NUStage in Boston, and in Fefu and Her Friends with Northeastern University’s Department of Theatre. Originally trained at The McDonald College, a specialist performing arts high school, Emily has a strong foundation in musical theatre, movement, and ensemble work. Her stage credits include Clue! On Stage (Professor Plum), Black Cat (Pamela), and multiple musical theatre productions including Fame! and A Chorus Line. Alongside performing, Emily works as a director and producer, most recently directing Dance Nation in Sydney. Her experience behind the table gives her a sharp understanding of text, character development, and collaborative process. She brings strong physicality from her background in dance and international competitive cheerleading, with a particular strength in disciplined ensemble performance and character-driven comedy.
