Emma Woods

Hi, I am Emma Woods and I am a British actor based in Melbourne, Australia. I graduated from ArtsEd in London in 2010 and after securing an agent in my final year I worked in TV (BBC), theatre (Shakespeare's Globe, national theatre tours) and film (HeyDay Films). I took a career break in 2016 to have my first child and now have rejoined the industry ready and more determined than ever. Since moving to Melbourne from the UK three years ago I have carved a second phase career for myself wokring in audiobook narration as well as performing with TheatreWorks (Love and Information, 2025) and the Melbourne Shakespeare Company (2025). I love what I do and being back after raising my three children has given me a fire and passion for being an actor. There is no Plan B. It's Mama's turn now!
