Georgia Perkins

Georgia was born in Ireland and began Irish dancing and singing in local choirs from a young age. At eight she moved to Shepparton, Victoria, and became involved in school and community theatre through her high school years. She graduated from Federation University's Arts Academy in Ballarat with a Bachelor of Music Theatre in 2019, and has since trained in screen acting at Brave Studios. At the Arts Academy she worked with Anthony Crowley on The Wild Blue, Sisters Grimm and Casey Bennetto on The Sovereign Wife, Casey Gould on Seussical and Alister Smith on Heathers. In 2020 she played Mary Watson in Someone New Theatre Company's podcast The Adventures of Sherlock Holmes. She is currently co-writing a new Australian musical, Stringybark Creek, with her colleague Jake Waterworth.
