Giuliana Mengato

I am an 18-year-old Melbourne-based performer with a strong passion for musical theatre. I have been involved with Stage School Australia since 2015, where I have trained in jazz, tap, singing, acting and musical theatre. Throughout high school, I have participated in every school musical production at Gladstone Park Secondary College, most recently playing Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. These experiences have allowed me to develop my skills in acting, singing, characterisation and stage presence. Musical theatre has always been a huge part of my life, and I love using the stage as a space to express myself, connect with audiences and bring characters and their stories to life. I enjoy exploring a character’s objectives, motivations and emotional journey to create an authentic and engaging performance. I am always eager to learn, take direction and challenge myself. I value constructive feedback and see it as an opportunity to improve my skills, grow in confidence and become a stronger performer. I am passionate about collaborating with other performers and creatives and continuing to grow within the musical theatre industry.
