Hamish Stewart

Originally hailing from Sydney, Hamish Stewart is in his graduating year studying the Bachelor of Arts (Music Theatre) at WAAPA, in Perth, with previous study at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music (Music Theatre). He was most recently seen onstage as Lord Capulet/Romeo Cover in &Juliet. Other recent credits include: Sky in "Guys and Dolls", Father in Carmel Dean’s "Renascence", Insurance Exec/Christopher Kevin U/S in Eddie Perfect's "Tivoli Lovely", Ensemble/Robbie Cover in "The Wedding Singer", William Barfeé in "Spelling Bee". As a writer, Hamish composes his own work for the stage and has performed original cabaret shows at Claire’s Kitchen in Sydney as well as Don’t Tell Mama NYC. In 2025, Hamish was a finalist of the inaugural Homegrown Musicals Australia, Emerging Artist Award.
