Hunter Ireland

Hunter Ireland (he/him) is a Brisbane-based singer, actor, and dancer with a passion for storytelling through musical theatre. A trained tenor, Hunter completed the Queensland Academy of Excellence in Musical Theatre's Pre-Tertiary Program and continues his vocal training with Hanna Paul, having previously studied with Jacob Bradford. In 2026, Hunter made his professional musical theatre debut in *Mamma Mia!*, performing in the ensemble with The Very Popular Theatre Company. He has since expanded his theatre experience as the Gabe/Henry/Dr. Fine/Madden swing in *Next to Normal*, demonstrating his versatility, adaptability, and ability to cover multiple principal tracks. His other credits include Lucas in *The Addams Family*, Miss Understanding in *Priscilla Queen of the Desert*, Prince Topher in *Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella*, and Ren McCormack in *Footloose*. Passionate about creating truthful and engaging performances, Hunter is known for his strong work ethic, collaborative spirit, and eagerness to continue growing as a performer. He looks forward to bringing energy, professionalism, and authenticity to every creative team he joins.
