James Martin

James is a Melbourne-based actor/ writer and director. He is a graduate of the National Theatre Drama School (2017), with further training at 16th Street Actors Studio, Justin Lehmann Studio and, most recently, Bouffon devising with Emily Goddard. He's worked across theatre, television, film and commercial productions, with credits including AMC'sPreacher, The Breath of Kings (Burning House Productions/Theatre Works) and Treats (FEVER103, Lawler Theatre, MTC). More recently, appearing in Showing Things, a web series produced by Haven't You Done Well Productions, and a commercial campaign for Zero Latency. My short film Laws of Desire has also been screening internationally, including at Monster Fest and Torino Underground Cinefest.
