Jayden Rae

Jayden is an Australian performer from Newcastle, NSW. Jayden was born in 2001 (currently 25 years old), he has 3 siblings and indigenous heritage (which he enjoys learning about). He has always been described as destined to perform by family and friends from a very young age. Jayden fell in love with all things performing from the age of 5 when he first began performing at his school. From there Jayden has never stopped performing, beginng dance lessons at 9 and vocal lessons at 14 before taking to the musical theatre stage for the first time 2022. In 2024 Jayden graduated from The University of Newcastle with a Bachelor's Degree in Music and Performing Arts, majoring in Performance. In December of 2026 Jayden will graduate again from The University of Newcastle with a Master's Degree in Secondary Education. Although Jayden only found his love for musical theatre at 21 years old he believes this makes him unique as he aims to represent and encourage all those who may feel 'lost' or 'out of place' just as he did before stepping into the world of theatre, the world he cherishes more than anything now.
