Jonathan Chanut

I am a versatile dancer trained in jazz, theatre jazz, commercial, lyrical and ballet. I grew up in the countryside in France where dancing for a boy was rarely considered as an option. I lived that passion through dancing shows and French musical performances. I started dancing at the age of 18 when I left my house for the city. Ever since, I never stopped. When I moved to Australia in 2023, I committed to my training and grew at a very high speed thanks to the guidance of teachers such as Kate Beattie, Ryan Smith and many more. They have seen my determination and talent and pushed me to go above and beyond. This determination is what makes me work hard in every single class I take to transform myself into a better dancer. During the year 2025, I started singing lesson to add some extras skills to my profile as I started my auditioning journey. I am now equipped with various skills and talents all needed to perform in a musical production and I am excited to take on the next steps of my career.
