Joshua Bruce

Joshua Bruce is a highly passionate and skilled actor, hailing from Auckland, NZ. He has performed in theatre tours, feature films and TV for Netflix, Amazon and Apple TV. He is currently making an impact in Australia, where he won Best Actor in a comedy from the Victorian Drama League Awards. Joshua places great emphasis on detailed character acting. This has seen him portray diverse roles, such as Shakespearean villains, romantic leads, and comically psychotic puppets. This breadth or work utilises Joshua's physicality, vocal prowess and emotional depth, which grants immense range and unique qualities as an actor. Another key aspect of Joshua's skill set is accent-work. As a voice actor, Joshua can replicate a vast array of accents and dialects required for his work. Add to his toolbox over a decade of Fencing training, and you have an actor who can wield a sword, pronounce any accent or language with confidence, and.... grow a great beard!
