Leah Georgiou

Hi! My name is Leah Georgiou, and I'm fairly new to the world of professional theatre. I've done a handful of community/youth productions, and I've also had experience in backstage and lighting work, so I have a good knowledge of what goes on behind the scenes as well! I've always had a passion for theatre, ever since I was four and stepped onstage for the first time as a Who in Suessical, however I only recently fell in love with the art, deciding to pursue it professionally just three years ago. I also like to say my Greek heritage connects me to theatre as well; all the ancient Greek epics that have been performed for thousands of years by passionate artists just like me. My motto is to always to just have fun and push through, no matter how tough it gets. Someone once said to me "if you want to do theatre, you will" and that is a quote that has resonated with my soul ever since I heard it. Thanks for reading my bio!
