Lucy Riddett

I'm one of Melbourne's very best piano accordion entertainers! I perform in theatres, on television, big stages and roving around markets and festivals. What makes me unique is that I am a very confident mover and can play while rocking out on stage or twirling around in high heels, all while smiling or singing along and making it look easy. I am in a Celtic punk band called Double Shot Maggie and play Irish music in weekend sessions around Victoria. I am very well versed in the Ceilidh style of music and I have a professional Scandalli accordion with Scottish tuning which is rare and perfect for this style of music! I also play piano, violin, viola and Great Highland Bagpipes.
