Lucy Thorogood

Lucy is a 2025 graduate of the New Zealand School of Dance, where she completed Level 6 and 7 Diplomas in Dance Performance with full-time training in classical and contemporary dance. Originally from New South Wales, Australia, Lucy has trained across a range of dance styles for 17 years and has performed in dance and physical theatre works across Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Most recently, she choreographed and performed in How Long Is a Piece of String as part of the 2025 NZSD Choreographic Season and performed as part of the ensemble in "Matilda The Musical" with Capital Theatre trust and G&T Productions at the St James Theatre Wellington 2026.
