Madeleine Ryder

Madeleine Ryder (she/her) is an English/Australian performer and creative based in Naarm/Melbourne. Madeleine will graduate from JMC Academy with a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Music Theatre) in 2026. She trained at APO Arts Academy from 2023-2024 in the full time Advanced Music Theatre course. Madeleine's performance experiences include Carrie in Carrie (JMC Academy), Bambi in Curtains (JMC Academy), The Witches of Eastwick (JMC Academy), Crybaby (JMC Academy), Les Miserables (Loreto Mandeville Hall and St Kevin’s College). Madeleine is passionate about screen acting and played a lead role in an indie short film - Take on Me (By Sofiia VK). Madeleine trained at The National Theatre Drama School in the Young Actors Program from 2019-2022. She has been in vocal training since 2016, learning from professionals such as Kate Sadler, Matt Heatherington and Will Conyers. She trained at The National Institute of Circus Arts in intermediate aerial skills in 2019 and 2021-2022. She trained at Eastern Gymnastics Club in acrobatics in 2015-2017, competing at The National Clubs Acrobatic Championships in 2015.
