Madi Stansby

My name is Madi Stansby, I’m 20 years old and I love to perform! I grew up training in classical ballet, musical theatre, jazz, contemporary, tap and hip-hop. Originally from Far North Queensland, I moved to Sydney in 2024 to undertake full-time training at Brent Street, graduating with an Advanced Diploma of Professional Dance (Elite Performance). Alongside training I have gained valuable performance experience across stage and television, including musical theatre productions, live corporate events, and national television appearances. Some credits include working as an onstage intern with Hayes Theatre Co. and Well done Creative in Irving Berlins Holiday Inn, performing at the Sydney Fringe Festival, and appearing on Australian Idol and The Voice Grand Final. I am currently continuing professional development through Season 5 of Theatre Bridge under the guidance of Nathan M Wright and Andrew Bevis, as well as Season 3 of Come Swing With Me with Dani Evrat. I am committed to constantly upskilling, learning, and refining my craft as a well-rounded performer. I feel especially at home in high-energy, dance-driven musical theatre that combines the art of storytelling, character, and dynamic performance quality.
