Mia Byrnes

Mia Byrnes is an Australian professional performer whose career spans musical theatre, opera, dance, film, television and live entertainment. She began her professional career at 19 with Atlantic Ballet Theatre of Canada and has since performed across Australia and Canada. Her recent credits include Opera Australia’s The Phantom of the Opera on Sydney Harbour (2026), as well as Rigoletto, The Merry Widow, international gala productions and touring Christmas spectaculars. She has also worked across film, television and commercial performance. Mia is passionate about storytelling through performance and bringing characters and stories to life on stage. She thrives in theatrical environments that combine movement, music and emotion, and is continuing to build a diverse career as a dynamic and versatile performer.
