Miku Hirayama

Miku Hirayama is from Yamaguchi, Japan. She began her dance training at the age of 4. She moved to Kanagawa, Japan to train at the Y Dance Company in 2019. She trained and performed works by Kazuhiko Yoshimoto, Yumi Hariyama, Mamoru Sakata, Megumi Nakamura and many others. In 2020, she moved to New York City to train at the Peridance Center. She has had the opportunity to work with Igal Perry, Richard Chen-See, Nikki Holck, Mike Tyus, Julie Magneville and more. She graduated from Peridance certificate program in 2022 and immediately joined Nimbus 2 and Peridance Contemporary Dance Company. She has since danced with various companies, including Ninja Ballet and CONTINUUM Contemporary/Ballet, The Dynasties and more. Currently, she continues to perform with PCDC and is involved in several dance projects in New York and New Jersey.
