About

Millijana Arthur (she/her) is an emerging Australian performer and singer-songwriter, who is completing her Music Theatre training at the Victorian College of the Arts (VCA). Originally based in Sydney, Millijana’s dance training began at the age of 3, where she has trained across all dance disciplines. Having moved to Melbourne to pursue her studies, Millijana has performed as a featured soloist at Arts Centre Melbourne’s ‘Morning Melodies’ (dir. Jayde Kirchert), Ida Straus in ‘Titanic the Musical’ (dir. Tyran Parke), Ensemble in ‘The Drowsy Chaperone’ (dir. Alister Smith), and sung alongside the Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra (cond. Guy Noble) at the Australian Musical Theatre Festival (AMTF). Millijana is excited to be playing Enid Hoopes in VCA’s upcoming production of ‘Legally Blonde’ (dir. Jason Langley). Millijana has a strong interest in Australian new works, and had the opportunity to play the role of Elaine in James Millar and Peter Rutherford’s ‘A Little Touch of Chaos’ (dir. Roger Hodgman), and will be featured on the musical’s cast recording.
