Miranda Brown

My name is Miranda Brown, and I am currently completing a Diploma of Musical Theatre with the Queensland College of Dance as part of their full-time Pre-Professional Musical Theatre program. I have been involved in the performing arts from a very young age, having started dance when I was 2 years old, and grew up participating in community youth musicals for many years. What draws me most to musical theatre is the connection with others that comes through storytelling. I always find it such a joy to share the experience of characters and their journey with audiences, stories of which often reflects on today’s humanity. It is that shared experience and vulnerability of connection grounded in truth that is what makes live performance so special, to me and the greater community.
