Nathaniel Savy

Originally from Brisbane, Nathaniel Savy is a fresh face in Sydney. An actor and theatre maker, he made his critically acclaimed Sydney debut in “GOD’S COWBOY” and “FAG/STAG” (Little Stormy Productions), and has just concluded playing the lead role, Antipholus of Syracuse, in “THE COMEDY OF ERRORS” (Shepherd’s Purse Theatre Company). His previous credits include Greg and U/S Paul in “A CHORUS LINE” (Coastal Theatre Collective), Ensemble and U/S Sir Galahad in “MONTY PYTHON’S SPAMALOT” (Paterson Productions), Ensemble in “HEAD OVER HEELS” (That Production Company and Miraball Productions), Ali Hakim in “OKLAHOMA!” (Lynch & Paterson), The Cat in “SEUSSICAL” (Wells Fargo Pavilion), Cinderella‘s Prince and U/S Baker in “INTO THE WOODS”, Mary Sunshine and U/S Billy Flynn in “CHICAGO”, and Herman and U/S Vittorio Vidal in “SWEET CHARITY”. As a singer and musician, Nathaniel has also appeared in “CHAMPAGNE CABARET” (Two80 Cabaret), “X-MAS AU REVOIR” (Claire’s Kitchen at Le Salon), “NOSTALGIA” (Sundown Productions), “THE BROADWAY JAM” (JD Pro Co) and “CAROLS BY THE BEACH” (Whitsunday Regional Council). Last year, Nathaniel wrote, produced and starred in his own cabaret, “TO BE FRANK!”, which he performed in his hometown, the Whitsundays, with a 16-piece big band. He was the Executive Producer of the July season of “LOVE LETTERS” (Lambert House Enterprises) and directed “SEUSSICAL” (Whitsunday Dance Connection) and “THE MUSIC MAN” (Proserpine Entertainment Centre), music-directed “BEAUTY AND THE BEAST” (Proserpine Entertainment Centre) and assistant music-directed “MY FAIR LADY” (Queensland Musical Theatre), and wrote original music and lyrics for “THE MAGIC TREE HOUSE” (Let’s Talk Kids).
