Nicholas Storm

I’m Nicholas Storm, I’m a musician from Australia. Music’s always been a big part of my life, it’s never really been something I just picked up, it’s always been there. I started out just playing and singing for fun, learning songs I liked and putting my own spin on them. Over time that turned into something I actually took seriously. I’ve spent a lot of time working on my voice, my guitar playing, and just figuring out what kind of artist I want to be. A big moment for me was getting the opportunity to appear on Australian Idol. That whole experience pushed me out of my comfort zone and made me grow a lot, not just as a performer but as a person. Being on that kind of stage showed me what I’m capable of and made me even more driven to keep going with music. Most of what I do is acoustic-based pop songs, and I love taking songs people already know and making them feel more personal. I think that’s what I enjoy most, making people feel something, even if it’s just from a simple cover. Whether it’s live or online, I just like creating a moment where people can connect with the music. I’ve been building things up through social media and performing where I can, and I’m always trying to improve and grow. For me, it’s not just about sounding good, it’s about being real and actually meaning what I’m singing. At the end of the day, I just genuinely love music. It’s something I care about a lot, and I want to keep pushing it as far as I can.
