About

Ronin stated performing from the second he was born. Alongside his identical twin brother, they would constantly reeact scenes from movies, duologues from plays, and the most outrageous partner songs from Disney films (accompanied with movie-accurate costumes). Theatre is Ronin's first love, but it was during lockdown in 2020 that their love for musical theatre started blossoming, rehearsing entire musicals in the shower, much to the chagrin of his family. Following high school, he undertook a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Drama), and involved himself in numerous amateur and student theatre productions, ranging from musicals to Ancient Greek to noir dramas. He prides himself in his flexibilty to take on whichever role comes his way. Post-university, Ronin continues to train weekly in movement practices in the form of dance and circus training in order to keep his skills sharp and repertoire diverse. Working under some of Melbourne's finest independent theatre makers, this class of '25 graduate immerses himself in every facet of the Arts Scene, priding himself in his work both on and off stage as an actor, photographer, and lighting technician/designer.
