About

Sarah Eaton is an emerging Australian stage and screen actor who recently completed a Bachelor of Performing Arts at Federation University Arts Academy. Growing up in Hobart, Tasmania, Sarah started dancing at three years old and found her love of acting upon training in screen work under the guidance of ACA graduate and acting coach, Alison Stanton-Cook. During her time at university, Sarah performed as Professor Huber in “The White Rose” (directed by Janice Muller), Luka in “The Lower Depths” (directed by Bagryana Popov), and as a Player/Theo Cover in “Pippin” (directed by Kirsten Von Bibra). Additionally, she worked as the Assistant Musical Director on “The White Rose” with Claire Healy and “Pippin” with Daniel Tusjak. As of 2026, Sarah has been involved in five short films, an extra in two feature films and a TV series, a day player in a vertical series, and most recently, Grand-daughter in the “Let ‘em go, Let ‘em grow” TARFish: Sand Flathead Public Education Campaign - produced by The20. Currently, Sarah is a director, shareholder and secretary of Girlhood Productions Pty Ltd, the production company behind the new Australian musical “Girlhood in the Bathroom”, which Sarah co-created, produced, and performs in. Since its creation, “Girlhood in the Bathroom” has made a name for itself with a sold-out and extended season at the 2026 Adelaide Fringe Festival and Ballarat Cabaret Festival, and performed at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival with acclaimed venue, Gilded Balloon, marking Sarah’s international debut. Across its performance history, the show has received 4-5 star reviews and returns home to Victoria for the 2026 Melbourne Fringe Festival this October. Sarah looks forward to continuing her work across stage and screen and championing original, female-led, Australian work.
