Soraya LaPlume-Barker

Hello! My name is Soraya. I'm an absolute music nerd; I'm constantly writing music, seeing how not just lyrics, but an instrument can take an individual on an emotional journey. Telling stories is so much more than words; a statement theatre all too well, and is ultimately where my love for the craft begins. Anyone can read words, but it takes a true performer to tell a story and move people, a thing I pride myself on doing and strive to achieve every time I'm in an audition room, behind a screen or onstage. As a whole, I'm a human who loves connecting with other humans to unearth a story, new or old.
