Tabi Kerlin

I’m Tabi Kerlin, a 23 year old musical theatre performer in my final year at WAAPA. I see myself as a versatile performer and really value the variety that musical theatre offers. I’ve worked across bold, comedic musicals such as Guys & Dolls and The Wedding Singer, as well as more intimate and story driven work like Renascence, based on the life of Edna St. Vincent Millay. I’ve loved having the opportunity to move between different styles and approaches to performance. I’m particularly interested in swing work and have experience dance captaining, which has been a great part of my training. I have a strong dance background and love the energy of ensemble work. I’m committed, and hardworking and love being part of a team. I’m open to all kinds of roles and opportunities and would love the chance to keep exploring different styles of work as I move into the industry. What I love most about performing is telling stories, connecting with an audience, and hopefully bringing a bit of joy to their day.
