Vanessa Jackson

Having been a performer all my life, I have had to learn how to stay resilient, true to myself as a performer, and keep on learning to be better at my craft. My life revolves around the performing arts because I am passionate about connecting with people and bringing stories to life. Performing allows me to communicate emotions, explore different perspectives and create meaningful experiences for audiences. I enjoy the discipline and collaboration involved in musical theatre, as well as the challenge of continually developing as a singer, actor and dancer. The stage gives me a sense of purpose and the opportunity to be creative, vulnerable and authentic. My experiences in performance have confirmed that this is the career I would find most fulfilling, and I am committed to pursuing it with dedication, resilience and an open mind.
