Will Johnstone

Performance has been at the centre of my life since I began in 2019. Now approaching the end of my four years at WAAPA, completing a Diploma of Musical Theatre alongside a Bachelor of Arts, I’m excited to take that training into the industry and continue pursuing the energy, connection and immediacy of live performance. I’m a versatile triple threat with strong technical foundations across acting, singing and dance. Vocally, I’m comfortable across a broad range of styles, from Golden Age and legit repertoire through to contemporary musical theatre. As an actor, I’m drawn to truthful, connected storytelling and enjoy work that demands both precision and spontaneity, from heightened comedy and high energy performance to grounded dramatic material. I bring athleticism, discipline and curiosity into every room, alongside a genuine love of collaboration. I’m constantly looking to expand my range, take risks and push myself beyond what I already know, with the goal of becoming a more versatile, instinctive and complete performer.
