About

Originally from the Riverland, South Australia, William Heuzenroeder began singing lessons at a young age, which soon led him into amateur theatre, where he has been performing since the age of nine. As his passion for musical theatre grew, he received a regional scholarship to study voice with David Gauci through the Elder Conservatorium Open Music Academy, making the 600 km round trip to Adelaide each week for lessons and performance opportunities. After completing Year 12 with a SACE Merit in Creative Arts and achieving a High Distinction in the AMEB Musical Theatre Certificate of Performance, William relocated to Melbourne to pursue a Bachelor of Music Theatre at the Australian Institute of Music. He has since continued developing as an actor, singer and musician, most recently appearing in his first-year production of Titanic as Frederick Barrett/Benjamin Guggenheim.
